An eligible, non-engraved ring can be exchanged for another available size within 14 days of the date you receive it.
Tungsten Rings Direct does not charge a restocking fee for an eligible ring size exchange.
Sale and Made-to-Order Rings
Sale, marked-down, personalised and made-to-order rings are not refundable.
A size exchange may be available within 14 days when the ring has not been engraved. Store credit may also be offered where applicable.
Engraved Rings
Engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged because the ring has been permanently customised.
